Join Aureliaslight and friends as she leads a heart opening and energy cleansing ceremony during this powerful time as we harness the full moon energy and the expansion of out heart energy. Through the practice of ceremony we create a sacred space for each participant To be exactly who and where they are in their process and welcome all into their hearts. With the beautiful medicine of cacao and frequency of music and sound we will honor our hearts, clear the past and energetically create an opening to bring in more beauty, love and higher frequencies into our lives. We will end with a sacred sound bath to integrate the energies.

Entering the heart space is a crucial part in bringing the human being into Divine Consciousness. When we connect into the depths of our heart it can take us to higher planes of consciousness connecting us into Divine love, compassion, forgiveness, non-judgement and a true relationship with one’s soul. You will leave feeling nourished, supported and loved.

To receive the full power of the Cacao it is suggested to not eat a big meal prior to the ceremony and avoid any other morning stimulants. It will also be encouraged to drink lots of water following the ceremony to stay hydrated and support in the assimilation of the cacao and sound integration

Contraindications Ceremonial grade cacao is not recommended for you if you have a serious heart condition, if you are taking antidepressants (especially Mao inhibitors), or if you are pregnant. It is also not recommended to mix with alcohol or other stimulants.
